Mohammed Aloyaidi | Partner, SOCPA, CPA, MBA.
Mohammed Aloyaidi is a Partner in ALOYAIDI & ALSALOUM Certified Public Accountants, Mohammed has more than 19 years of experience in auditing, risk analysis, internal audit, embezzlement investigation, fraud, valuation and restructuring, having previously worked in some international expertise houses (Ernst & Young, KPMG), the World Bank Group in the United States of America, and the Saudi Capital Market Authority. Mohammed worked on the development and restructuring of some government agencies and private sector companies, and participated in the team of transformation from Saudi auditing standards to international auditing standards, and Mohammed previously worked as a faculty member at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, Department of Accounting. In addition to his work, Mohammed participates in the membership of some technical and advisory committees such as the Auditing Standards Committee at the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants and the Advisory Committee at the Accounting Department at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University.

Mohammed Alsaloum | Partner , SOCPA
Mohammed Alsaloum is a partner in ALOYAIDI & ALSALOUM Certified Public Accountants, Mohammed has more than eight years of experience in the field of auditing, risk analysis, internal audit, investigation of embezzlement and fraud, as well as with regard to compliance, he previously worked in one of the international expertise houses (KPMG) for 5 years. Mohammed has experience in establishing and developing internal audit departments in addition to implementing and preparing the plan and preparing reports for audits, as well as providing accounting and consulting services, including in relation to projects to transition to international standards, where the gaps between the financial statements on Saudi standards and international standards were analyzed for several companies in different fields such as petrochemicals, marketing, transportation and industry, including with regard to the transition from the cash basis to the accrual basis of accounting in government agencies.
