WAFI is a program to regulate the activity of selling and renting real estate units before or during the development or in construction phase. The off-plan sales program (WAFI) obliges real estate developers to implement according to the time plan for each project according to the approved models and specifications, where we provide the necessary reporting services in accordance with the requirements, specifications and forms approved by the off-plan sales committee, as we are accredited to provide this service.
