Mohammed is the Founder of OCPAs, with more than 14 years of experience in audit, risk assessment, internal audit, fraud investigation, valuation and restructuring. Mohammed worked with multinational firms (such as Ernst & Young and KPMG),
World Bank in the United States, and Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority. Mohammed also worked on the development and restructuring of several governmental organizations and family businesses, and was part of the team who worked on the conversion from the Saudi Auditing standards to the International Auditing standards with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. He is also an Audit Teacher at Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud University, Accounting Department, and a member in audit and executive committee of several listed companies in Saudi Arabia.

Mohmmed is a Director at Advisory Department at OCPAs, with experience in internal audit, Compliance ,fraud and IFRS convergence projects. Mohmmed has experience of 5 years with KPMG.
Mohammad has worked on an internal audit engagements – as part of these engagement he was responsible for developing charter, manual, job descriptions and policies, procedures for establishing an internal audit department.
Conducted full Audit Engagements as per the IA standards and IA procedures including: Planning for audit engagements by developing " Process understanding, risk assessment, audit objectives, audit scope, audit program (test\analysis) procedures
He was leading other engagements in Accounting advisory services such as IFRS conversion projects in various sectors such as manufacturing, petrochemical trading, Real Estate and Healthcare, He was responsible for analyzing the impact assessment of accounting differences between the client current GAAP and IFRS. In addition, he has worked other engagement in converting from cash basis to accrual basis.

The clients served by Abdelfattah include publicly traded and large-scale multinational companies operating in different industries such as Financial institutions, Telecom, manufacturing, petrochemical, construction, trading, agricultural, Services, and Government sect.
Abdelfattah is involved in detailed management audits, including planning, execution and finalization of the audit process. Abdelfattah ensures that the work is performed as per Firm’s policy and standards and that the service is provided to clients on a timely basis.

Mohammed is a manger at Zakat and Tax Department at OCPAs, with more than 14 years of experience in tax inspections, Reviewing tax status of our clients with respect to tax laws, Resolving client’s problems with the GAZT, Representing client’s in front of committees, Attending many tax inspections on behalf of our clients and handling all tax related issues. Mohammed handles most of the Zakat and Tax related issues for clients locally and internationally.
Mohammed worked with multinational firms before joining OCPAs (such as Mazars Mostafa Shawki and BDO Khaled & Co) for more than 14 years.
